Modify ADA, IDEA

IDEA are being proposed by the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental
Relations ... 

the message we received at the center and which I passed along to this
forum included no details as to *what* modifications might have been
proposed for the ADA, IDEA, and a host of other major laws.  you might
remember, the same report suggested repeal of the Fair Labor Standards Act
and the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

we are trying to get a copy of the preliminary report so we can review it
more closely.  if and when we are able to obtain a copy, we will try and
post some more meaningful information here.  remember you can always 
contact your congressional representatives in either the house or senate 
to ask for more information or express your general concerns.  recently, 
we posted e-mail addresses for all congressional folks that have e-mail.

often, people are hesitant to express their thoughts and feelings because 
they don't see themselves as an "expert."  if your personal life has been 
impacted by legislation, you are an expert ... an expert with real
experience.  share your experience with legislators, and help give them 
"real life" consultation.
