Business Supports ADA

John -- I think this is sort of PR, but what businesses have said is that
when they embrace ADA (or in Washington, our RCW codes), when they do it
proactively and affirmatively, they find it is not a burden. Rather, it
is just good business. I keep coming back to the idea of universal
design (everyone likes it...makes life easier for all), and good quality,
sound, personnel policies...components of good business. k
