Tutor and/or Programs Needed - Keyboarding and Computer Skills

Questions:

Has he purchased J.A.W.S. for Windows?  In addition to adjusting to his 
disability, why is he taking on the challenge of learning a new computing 
platform?  What level of expertise is he looking for...i.e., does he want 
to become a power user or just do what most of us do?  Are we looking for 
a paid person or a volunteer?

This would help in my thinking about possibilities for assisting 
him/linking him to someone.
