Vehicle Hand Controls

We had a call from someone who is going to have a '96 Chrysler Mini-Van
modified with hand controls. The Wells-Engberg hand controls, which he
said are made to go in this particular mini-van, are being questioned
by the business which will do the installation. The business insists that
Monarch hand controls are much better for a number of reasons. The cost
of the Monarch hand controls and installation, however, is a considerable
amount more than the Wells-Engberg.

Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences with either of these
two brands?

Thank you,
Kim Shaw
