Justin Dart, widely recognized as the "father" of the Americans
with Disabilities Act, will be at Seattle Central Community College on
April 10, 1996 from 2:30 to 4:30. The address is 1701 Broadway, Room EB
1011.
Mr. Dart's visit is part of a national tour to join state and local
leaders in promoting united disability community participation in the
public diablogue that will determine the fate of people with disabilities
and the shape of future policy-making.
The agenda will include: (a) the development of a united
bipartisan disability community agenda; (b) the development of united
advocacy; (c) the development of short and long range disability policy.
