Job Announcement

Position:  Orientation & Mobility Specialist

Qualifications:  BA or MA in O & M, AER certifiable, must have own
vehicle

Duties:  Performs assessments and provide both center based and
community O & M training to blind and visually impaired adults and
children, provide evaluation and/or client progress reports,
participate in community outreach and education efforts, some
intrastate travel involved.

Salary:  $31,050, competitive benefits package, including tuition
reimbursement

The Assistive Technology Center at Nevada community Enrichment
Program is a non-profit organization serving adults and children
with disabilities.  It is a component of Accessible Space, Inc., of
Minnesota, which is nationally recognized for its innovative work
in the rehabilitation field.

The Center offers a comprehensive package of disability-related
programs.  It is Nevada's first and only full evaluation,
education, demonstration, training, advocacy, and financial
acquisition continuum for assistive technology and related
services.
