Hands free telephone

The WATA Eastern Resource Center received a call from the friend of a man
with MS who is looking for a way to operate a telephone. He has limited use
of one arm and hand. It is impossible for him to grip, and difficult for him
to hold the phone to his ear for any length of time. Because of his current
living arrangements, privacy is also an issue, and a speakerphone is not a
viable option. Any suggestions would be welcomed, especially if anyone has
any low-cost solutions, as funding is also an issue.
