I'm a long time Netscaper, but found this interesting and am passing it
along. V3.0 is currently not available for the macintosh, but I'm
downloading 2.01 to check to see if they included these features for the Mac.
Here's the Posting:
[Accessibility]
Microsoft( Internet Explorer provides greater Internet
accessibility for all people by being the first browser
to let you use your keyboard to explore the Web. Plus,
built-in font and text-only support enables you to
adjust the font size on any Web page and view
alternative text in place of images.

Keyboard Navigation
With Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0, you can explore the Web from
the keyboard by pressing TAB and SHIFT+TAB to navigate back and
forth between:
* Images which are hyperlinks
* Text hyperlinks
* Images which are not hyperlinks
* Hotspots in client-side image maps
* The address bar
As you move to or click a hyperlink or image, a one-pixel border

client-side image maps, tooQeven for hotspots that are circles or
polygons!
Other keyboard shortcuts include:
* Press ENTER to activate the selected hyperlink.

* Press CTRL+TAB to cycle between frames.
* Press SHIFT+TAB and SHIFT+CTRL+TAB to go backwards through
hyperlinks and frames, respectively.
* Press ALT + LEFT ARROW and ALT + RIGHT ARROW to go back and
forward.
* Press CTRL+R to refresh the current page.

Using the Font button on the toolbar, you have complete control over
the size that fonts are displayed in.
Other Accessibility Features
Microsoft Internet Explorer provides features that enable text-only
browsers to read your Web page, including tooltips for graphics that
tell you the location (URL) of a hyperlink and support for the ALT
tag that lets you display alternate text for images.
