Let's see if I have this correctly: find someone, anyone, who had a 
disability and a high deductible plan who had a bad insurance 
experience. Then report it as proof that MSAs don't work.

That's great. It doesn't matter what kind of plan it was, who insured 
it (maybe there wasn't even an insurer involved, maybe it was a self-
funded plan), whether the person was actively at work or on some kind 
of disability leave. 

This is so typical of liberals.
