CCTV funding

Has anyone successfully gotten either Medicaid or Medicare funding for a
CCTV?  (Closed circuit TV = CCTV for individuals with low vision.  It
allows you to put reading material on a platform, and a special lens then
magnifies the print onto a tv screen like monitor above the platform.)
