dvorak tutorial?

a caller with windows 95 will be using a "driver" within windows 95 to
re-map the keyboard as a dvorak keyboard, but there's no tutorial included
in windows.  does anyone know of a program or tutorial out there that
could help this individual learn to use the dvorak style keyboard?
