Aging & Adult Svcs Grant

The Aging and Adult Services Administration (AAS) is announcing a new
"Consumer Choices Grant Program" designed to encourage innovative
community projects in long-term care.  The program will provide
one-time-only grants, not to exceed $10,000.

AAS invites interested parties to submit applications for support of
projects which promote the design, development, and quality improviement
of long-term care services.  Eligible projects mayinclude in-home,
residential care or nursing home settings.

Applications deadline:  9/15/96
Award announced:	on or before 10/15/96
