Dept of Ed meeting

Judy Heumann, Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education
Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services will be doing an
on site meeting at the Washington Coalition of Citizens with disABILITIES
office this Thursday, September 19 from 4-5:30 p.m.

She will be here to talk to consumers about their needs for Independent
Living Services such as  I & R, advocacy, peer support and training as
well as IL services provided by others, vocational rehabilitation,
transition services, special ed services and related concerns.

Due to the limited space in the office, we need to ask that if you plan on
