Reception Phone w/AT

[Karen Ozmun]

someone who is blind and has worked as a dispatch operator for a number of
years may be taking a job with a different employer as an operator.  he is
seeking updated info on what receptionist consoles with 8 incoming lines
may be out there with accommodations for a blind user.  he's heard about
vibrating buttons (who has one?) and is wondering about other options.

for those who are more technically knowledgeable, the telephone system is
a Norstar Key System, installed by GTE, so compatibility with that system
is necessary.
