I am trying to get computer equipment like the blind use. It is 
called a reading machine. It is a computer, flatbed scanner,and speach
card, and ocr and screen access software. I need help in finding funding
and maybe used equipment. I thought that I had help with the DDD agency;
but they don't seem to want to purchase anything pertaining to 
computers eventhough they have the funding set aside for him in their
respet program.DVR won't help until he ready to graduate from high school.
so where else do I go? some body help please!
