iMac and alternate keyboards

The problem that you appear to be facing with the iMac is that is does not
have an ADB port. Regarding the Touch Window, (I'm guessing that it's the
Don Johnston product), a call to their technical support staff resulted in
the answer that there is no current support for their Touch Window. The
technician stated that they are working on a USB version of the Touch
Window, but he did not know when it would be available, or if they would
ever be providing a solution for ADB Touch Window users on the iMac models
without ADB ports.

The Intellitools web site has a FAQ that addresses your question
(http://www.intellitools.com/ikeyimac.html). They are referring people to a
company that sells a device that allows their ADB keyboard to interface
with the iMac USB. The URL for that compamy is
http://www.griffintechnology.com/imac/index.html.
