An electronic version of the DSM-IV is available from the publisher (Teton
Data Systems) for $50.  It is part of what they call their STAT!Ref
Medical Reference Library.  Ordering information, etc. can be found on the
Web.  A good starting link would probably be

How speech friendly they've made the product is another question....
