I wasn't sure if I should send this to the WATA listserve or not, but needed
some advise. I have a student whose parents have purchased three different
AAC devices for the students use at school and at home. Each of these
devices have been damaged at school (not by the student who owns it) and the
third device was a device which is very expensive to replace. It was damaged
beyond repair.

I want to know whether or not the school district should be required to
replace the device, and if so, how do we get them to do so.

Any help or advise is appreciated!
