DVORAK Question

Does anyone have any ideas or thoughts on where I could find  lesson plans for teaching someone who uses one hand to type with the DVORAK keyboard?

  We (the disAbility Resource Center, a CIL in Everett) are providing, among other things, literacy training services.  We have recently found that one, and we are pretty sure there are more, participants need some rather large magnification (bigger than 72 point).   This would typically be for items such as books or other reading materials.

  I would love any opinions on cost efficent, reliable methods to achieve this.
